Baseball Boy! is a simple, fun, and free baseball game available on Google Play. This derby style game is quite fun where your only goal is to swing a bat at the correct time at an incoming pitch and hit the ball as farther as possible. Furthermore, you can earn in-game money and purchase new bats as well.

Simple, Fun Gameplay

Gameplay mechanics are very simple. In order to swing the bat, you simply have to tap the screen. The only thing you need to concerned about is the timing and placement of the arrow moving across the screen. You cannot strike out after you tap. After successfully hitting the ball, all you have to do is wait to see where the ball ends up. The cash you earn in the game depends entirely on how farther the ball is hit. You can simply collect the payout after the ball stops. There is also an option to see a 30 second ad which doubles the payout.

Earnings and Upgrades

The upgrade system of this game is pretty straightforward. You can use your earnings from hitting the ball to purchase upgrades. Some of the things you can upgrade include offline earnings, ball bounciness, ball speed, and your strength. The purpose of offline earning is to increase your cash when the game is not running. Other upgrades enhance certain gameplay mechanics, allowing you to hit the ball farther, help it bounce even more, etc. These upgrades allow you to earn more cash. You can also earn free upgrades by watching in-game ads. While the new bats you purchase may seem like a cosmetic upgrade only, but they do provide a boost on a perfect strike as compared to earlier bats.

Following are some tips and tricks that will help you hit the ball farther, earn more money, and unlock more bats quickly:

Practice Your Timing

They key to timing the perfect strike is how you hold the phone and use your finger every time you tap the screen. It is recommended that you hold your phone straight and use the same finger every time you hit the ball. Practice will make you learn the timing required for a perfect strike.

Tap to Bounce

In order to bounce, you will need to tap the screen right as soon as you see the ball hitting the bat, doing so will make the ball bounce farther. Keep in mind that you can only do this a couple of times per swing.

Use the Newest Bat

Every new bat you purchase is more than a cosmetic upgrade, it gives a slight boost on a perfect strike. So it is recommended that you always use the newest bat you own.

How to Disable Ads?

You can play the game without seeing ads by putting your phone into Airplane mode. There is a catch to this trick however; you won’t be able to get free upgrade offers and your earning won’t be doubled on a great hit either.
